The 11mm Tongue and Groove boards provide the playhouse with a strong and sturdy structure built to last for years to come. This playhouse provides a huge area for your child to safely play in with all of their favourite toys that will keep them entertained for hours on end. We encourage you to get involved with your kids and let them paint and design the playhouse to match their favourite theme or characters. Many of our customers have created their own Wendy House, Castles, and Superhero Dens for their children to play in. Durable single SAN glazing not only provides a safe shatterproof window option for your child's playhouse but the 4 windows included as standard all for that much need natural lighting for your kids to play in. Shatterproof glazing is a safer alternative to glass, which can be easily broken and leave sharp edges. This playhouse comes with a 3 step ladder to allow your child to easily and safely get up and down from the tower. The slide add-on provides a more entertaining way for your children to get down from the tower and is a great feature to add even more fun to your child's playhouse.

11mm: All tongue and groove sheds, summerhouses, playhouses and greenhouses are made of thick 11mm Tongue and Groove cladding. This is great for medium to large buildings ideal for seasonal use. Can you paint the playhouse? Whilst our playhouses are delivered undecorated with the natural wooden surface, encourage your little ones to paint and splash some of their favourite colours so that they can have a colourful play den.
There are so many ways to make your little ones' playpen more homely and colourful looking. What ages are your playhouses suitable for? Our playhouses are not designed for children aged under 36 months as there are many small parts, which may be a potential choking hazard. Furthermore, there is often a maximum user weight of 50kg when tower playhouses and two-story playhouses are concerned.
We also recommend keeping the playhouses a minimum of 2m clear from any obstructions or other structures. How long does it take to assemble this building? We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, our buildings are designed and made to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the assembly instruction included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, or as little as 3-4 hours with some of our smaller buildings. How is the building delivered? Our buildings are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily manoeuvrable and fit through a standard doorway. Does this come with instructions?All our products come with a digital instruction booklet, which will be emailed to you to read through before your order is delivered! We also ask you if you can send a photo just so we can confirm everything looks okay before we send our drivers to collect the item.
